Processing Your Order
Our Fulfillment Team prepares every order with care. Most orders ship from our location quickly, typically within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed during large sales, promotions, product releases, and holidays may require additional processing time, which can be up to 1-3 additional business days.
We will be closed to observe the following United States holidays: New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping Your Order
We’ve partnered with USPS offer you a variety of convenient shipping options. Shipping availability, rates, and speeds may vary based on location. Please select whichever option is most convenient for your needs.

Please note: The estimated transit timelines above show the approximate number of business days it will take for USPS to move your package from us to you. The timeline for your chosen shipping option begins the day we ship your package, not the day we receive your order.
Remember, it can take up to 48 hours for us to prepare your order for shipment (see Processing Your Order above). To calculate your approximate delivery date, add 2 business days (processing time) to the number of business days listed for your chosen shipping option (transit time).
AUGMNT DOES NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL TIMES.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping speeds can be impacted by a number of factors beyond our control. Customs checks, severe weather, supply chain shortages, and other challenges may result in unanticipated delays. We will not be held liable nor offer reimbursement for these types of delays.
Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your shipment by entering the Tracking Number here. You can also register for USPS email alerts here.
If you do not see your order right away, please don’t be alarmed! Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear.
Once your order is delivered, we will send a confirmation message (email or SMS) to let you know!
USPS REQUIRED SIGNATURE
To better ensure that products make it to their intended recipient, USPS requires orders of $500 or more USD to be signed for upon delivery.
We are unable to make exceptions or appeal to USPS on your behalf. If you have further questions about this policy, please refer to USPS’s policy here.
Returned Orders
If USPS cannot complete delivery due to address typos, service disruptions, or other issues, they will return the order to us. Please notify us at support@augmntnutrition.com immediately if this is the case. Once we receive your message, we will arrange a resolution, which will be dependent upon the circumstances.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
AUGMNT will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after shipment or delivery. Learn more about pricing here.
